Cette machine int\u00e8gre une capacit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te de soudage \u00e0 la vague pour les composants traversants, mont\u00e9s en surface (CMS) et de technologie mixte dans un espace restreint. Capable de souder 1 500 assemblages par quart de travail de 8 heures, cette machine comprend des fonctionnalit\u00e9s avanc\u00e9es telles que des vagues doubles, un convoyeur \u00e0 doigts en titane autonettoyant, un fluxeur par pulv\u00e9risation, un pr\u00e9chauffage par convection d&rsquo;air chaud puls\u00e9 et un mode d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qui r\u00e9duit la consommation et la formation de scories.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;assemblage secondaire ou les processus de soudage manuel, nous utilisons des fers \u00e0 souder Metcal MX-PS5000 et Weller WS51. Les r\u00e9parations peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es avec les stations de reprise Weller WR-3M.
